Lexi Reed knew a lifestyle was needed by her change.

“I just wish that if they do come to my web page they will get inspiration, they can find somebody to say it’s possible,” she said, “You have to have surgery don’t, you don’t have to cover crazy amounts of money to eat healthily or to have a trainer just. Just move, start walking, all those things are just moving to make a variation.”

For Lexi, having the ability to travel the path of a healthier lifestyle with her husband is also a plus.

“We’re able to do together much more stuff, I believe it’s brought us all closer,” she said, “We are a lot more active. We do go hiking, we go trip our bikes, we going for walks all the time and it’s not simply us seeing t.v. And not talking. I believe it’s been excellent for our romantic relationship and has brought us closer.”
